Contractual Services

NZ WORK VISA

We have teamed up with experienced and reliable Licensed NZ Immigration Advisors who have the know how to deal with difficult visas and work permits. We ensure that visa applications are processed quickly and efficiently, no matter which part of the world you are from.

Pre- Employment Halal Course for Halal Slaughterman

We organise Halal Courses through qualified Assessors. This is recognized and accepted by All Meat processing Plants. The NZQA Unit Standard numbers for these are: 21623, 25926 & 25927.

Payroll

We are in the process of setting up this service through our contractors. Once active this service will ensure that salaries and wages are processed on time everytime. This service will also provide a peace of mind for our clients who subscribe for this service.

The goal of GISS is to provide solutions to our clients' and candidates' needs and to continuously achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Dedication to the implementation of supporting managerial and operational systems is essential to realising that goal.

The quality policy that we have in place to achieve our core values involves 3 fundamental principles:

Global Integrity Staffing Solutions (GISS) staff are responsible for identifying customer requirements and ensuring that the relevant procedures and guidelines are adhered to when meeting these requirements. Continual review and improvements of procedures/policies and guidelines will be monitored and implemented by the Management Review team.

To ensure we meet these requirements to the highest standards, strict internal procedures have been set governing the gathering, recording, and processing of all client & candidate information. All systems and processes are continually reviewed to ensure that the quality of our output is consistently of a high quality. As a recruitment business and recruitment agency we introduce candidates to clients for permanent employment, temporary worker placements or independent professional contracts. The exchange of personal data of our candidates and our client contacts is a fundamental, essential part of this process. In order to support our candidates' career aspirations and our clients' resourcing needs we require a database of candidate and client personal data containing historical information as well as current resourcing requirements.
